“The contact owns a 2008 Infiniti QX56. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds when encountered a ditch in the road, the rear of the vehicle swayed and the steering wheel vigorously shook. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where there was no diagnosis or repair completed. The manufacturer was made aware and stated they would send an investigator to inspect the vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 100.”

While driving 40 MPH and above, the vehicle shakes and the steering wheel shimmies when it crosses over abnormalities in the road. The vehicle has been taken to a dealer approximately five times, but with no resolution. The VIN was unknown. The current mileage was 14,000 and failure mileage was 80.”
