Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Sun visor on driver's side is not working properly. It will not stay in any position I set it to. It hangs down. It is a safety hazard because it blocks my ability to see long distances. I checked on the replacement cost & it's around $400! We buy high end vehicles because we don't expect this sort of problem within 3 years of purchase. It happened when I turned it down to block the sun. I heard a loud squeak & it will no longer hold the positions it should. It is dangerous. Is this a problem others are experiencing?”
