“While driving at normal speed, I suddenly heard a very loud explosion-like “boom” coming from the roof of the vehicle. I immediately pulled over and discovered that the panoramic roof glass had shattered, leaving a large opening/hole in the glass. There was no impact from any object, no debris strike, and no visible impact point or damage consistent with road debris. Nothing hit the vehicle before or during the incident. The failure occurred suddenly and without warning, creating a serious safety concern. …”
