“The contact owned a 2017 Jaguar XF. The contact stated that while stopped at a railroad crossing, another vehicle rear ended him which knocked his vehicle into the moving train. The contact immediately exited the vehicle as the moving train clipped the front end of the vehicle. The air bags did not deploy upon impact. The contact did not seek medical attention at the scene. A police report was filed and the other driver was arrested for dui. The contact sought medical treatment the next day and was treated for injuries to his back, neck, and left eye. …”
