“The contact owns a 2018 Jayco Eagle. The contact stated that the odor of propane fuel was present inside and outside of the trailer whether one or both propane tanks were opened. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V685000 (Equipment) however, after contacting the manufacturer, the contact was informed that the regulator numbered N-17-41 was not included in the recall. The contact indicated that the same failure listed in the recall had occurred. The failure mileage was unknown.”

“The contact owns a 2018 Jayco Eagle RV. The contact stated while he was outside of the RV, he heard an abnormally loud sound. The contact stated that he did not see a fire nor smoke. The contact stated when he entered the RV and noticed that the glass above the stove was broken. The contact called the local dealer and made them aware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. Upon investigation, the contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V685000 (Equipment) however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. …”
