“The contact owns a 2021 Jayco Jay Flight. The contact stated that while utilizing the RV for recreational purposes, the contact became aware that the propane stove, furnace, and water heater were no longer functioning. No warning lights were illuminated. The RV was taken to an independent mechanic, who diagnosed a failure with the propane regulator. The contact was also made aware that the refrigerator would only run on electricity. The vehicle was not repaired. …”

The contact stated that upon delivery of the trailer, the refrigerator would freeze at bottom and defrost at the top. The contact also stated that the stove top would ignite nearly six inches high and could not be adjusted. The contact then received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V685000 (Equipment) which he linked to the failure. …”
