“The contact owns a 2020 Jayco Jay Flight RV. The contact stated while using the RV and attempting to light the stove and heater, the propane gas flow stopped. The contact said that he later received a recall letter from the manufacturer regarding the propane flow issue in the RV; NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V685000 (Equipment). The contact had not taken the RV to the local dealer. The RV was not repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000.”
