Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“After a trip from Dallas to Los Angeles, I noticed inside tire wear on the rear tires. After close inspection, found both leaf spring support brackets had separated from the frame and rear axle was ~3 shifted to the left. If we had started to make the trip back home, the axles could've come off the trailer resulting in a terrible accident. Pictures were taken and sent to Good Sam for extended warranty and Jayco was supposed to have been informed to OK the repairs. Not sure if this was done.”
