Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Bought the trailer brand new. One of the leaf springs completely snapped and broke while driving on a smooth road. Trailer was not overloaded. Leaf springs were replaced twice by warranty with the same parts and the springs were flat and W shaped each time. The are supposed to be U shaped. The part they are installing on the trailers are not sufficient and going to cause death or injury. Photo included is the 2nd replacement right after install. Empty of water and leaf springs were already failing!”
