Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“The car died/bricked up 2 days ago 7 days after owning the vehicle. They said it was a cell in the 12 volt battery. Just picked it up and drove it for 30 minutes it threw up a turtle error and jerked forward a few times Almost hit a pedestrian and a car in front of me. I parked it and getting it towed. It seems according to other owners these things are all bad.”

NHTSA complaint #11666352, filed 2025-06

“I am not comfortable with this recall. Having a door fall off while driving is not acceptable. The dealer is totally overwhelmed. The earliest they can take the car in is in 3 weeks and then in the past it took them 1 month to look at the car. I am totally done with this car”

NHTSA complaint #11727883, filed 2026-03

“Entire electrical system failed. Car was unable to turn off, it was stuck in gear. Now car will not turn on, or charge, unresponsive. It is bricked. I have a call into Stellantis and the dealership. It's been 3 days and I have not heard back from either.”

NHTSA complaint #11710250, filed 2026-01

“Writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the vehicle I purchased approximately six months ago. Unfortunately, the vehicle has been in the service department for nearly five of those six months due to persistent and serious mechanical and electronic issues that have yet to be resolved, despite multiple attempts by the dealership and manufacturer. The most alarming issue is that the vehicle frequently stalls and then abruptly lurches forward, simulating the feeling of being rear-ended. …”

NHTSA complaint #11690503, filed 2025-09

“Vehicle would not go into gear when turned on. Vehicle would not turn off when attempted to turn off. Could not even open doors when attempting to get back in vehicle. I received notices to service the following: blind spot alert, electronic stability control, transmission, autopark, electric vehicle system. I received a notification that the vehicle was going 317 miles per hour. It is now in the shop for the 3rd time in 10 months for the same issues. This vehicle needs to be recalled as it is a hazard to the general public.”
