“The contact owns a 2013 Kia RIO. The contact stated that there was a leak in the cabin. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the technician diagnosed that the AC condenser needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 22,000 and the current was 22,500.”
