“I have purchased a brand new 2012 Land Rover, Range Rover Evoque on september 25, 2012. When I get home with my new car I realized that the entertainment system doesn't work and there was a problem with the suspension system(the dealer told me this). When I was applying the accelerator I hear noise from the car and also when I make turns. It is a brand new car with only 41 miles when I brought it. I have only drove it for hundred something miles and haven't fill the gas tank yet. There were a lots of problem with this car. I can't believe it.”

The contact stated while driving at 30-40 MPH, the suspension of the vehicle emitted abnormal metallic sounds intermittently. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who lifted the vehicle and diagnosed that an unknown vehicle clamp was lose. The vehicle was repaired; however, the independent mechanic informed the contact that the fuel tank strap and shield were severely corroded and was detaching. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was awaiting to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. …”
