Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“The drivers door moves within the opening over bumps and uneven surfaces. The wind noise is prevelant on windy days and driving on the highway. On 4 occasions, I have brought it for service to correct the issues, with no success. This is a brand-new car and I am concerned that the door will release while I am driving and hurt someone or possibly even me.”
