“I purchased a used 2021 SUV from a licensed dealer in January 2025. At the time of sale, the odometer was disclosed as showing just over 72,000 miles. However, I obtained a third-party vehicle history report that shows the vehicle had over 73,000 miles six months earlier. I personally photographed the odometer at nearly 76,000 miles only three days after the purchase. This suggests the odometer reading was rolled back or misrepresented prior to the sale. …”
NHTSA complaint #11673390, filed 2025-07“The backup camera on my 2021 Velar has stopped functioning. Service confirmed not a wiring issue and claims it is the NFSM Module not functioning correctly. There are several recalls on the module that include the model and year of my Velar. Although my VIN number is not included in the recall, it is highly suspect that it is a known faulty module for the year and model amongst other models from 2020-2024. It is a safely hazard and one that should not fall under the consumers responsibility. This make, model, year and VIN needs to be added to the recall. …”
