“Unsatisfactory Review for 2025 Range Rover SE I purchased a 2025 Range Rover SE in November 2024 for nearly $200,000, expecting a luxury vehicle with reliability to match its price tag. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. In December 2024, just one month after purchase, the vehicle completely died while I was driving on the highway—a terrifying and unacceptable failure for a brand-new car. The vehicle was towed to the dealership, where it has remained ever since. What has made this experience even worse is Range Rover’s appalling customer service. …”

The contact stated that while the wife was driving the electrical systems suddenly malfunction and the vehicle abruptley stopped in the middle of the road. The vehicle was immediately restarted and driven home. The vehicle was later towed to the local dealer who informed that the ac to dc converter had malfunctioned. The vehicle was not yet repaired and no other information was available. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The failure mileage was 3300.”
NHTSA complaint #11738808, filed 2026-05, 3,300 miles“While traveling from Los Angeles, California to Tucson, Arizona with one passenger, the vehicle experienced a sudden and dangerous loss of multiple critical systems while driving at highway speed. Earlier during the trip the vehicle stopped in Quartzsite, Arizona. When attempting to re-enter the vehicle, the key initially did not unlock the vehicle. The driver contacted Range Rover roadside assistance and asked for guidance, but no explanation or solution was provided. After several attempts the vehicle eventually unlocked and started. …”
NHTSA complaint #11723728, filed 2026-03“The second-row power seat latching and folding mechanism on a 2025 Land Rover Range Rover repeatedly malfunctions, fails to lock in place, and unlatches while driving. An active dashboard warning displays: Do not use rear left and centre seats until latched. On multiple occasions, the seat mechanism has lifted up unexpectedly, nearly crushing the legs of a child seated in the second row. Because child car seats are installed in the second row, the failure of the seat frame to latch creates a serious risk of occupant injury or ejection in a sudden stop or collision. …”
NHTSA complaint #11764596, filed 2026-09“The contact stated that while in a parking lot and starting to drive, multiple warning lights illuminated including a warning saying electrical fault -car may stall in 15-20 minutes. The vehicle also emitted an audible noise. the vehicle was shut down and then restarted and all of the lights illuminated and the same message stating electrical fault illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with and electrical failure and conductor issue. diagnosed but it was not diagnosed or repaired. . The manufacturer was notified of the issue. …”
