Example complaints
Electrical system: “Unsatisfactory Review for 2025 Range Rover SE I purchased a 2025 Range Rover SE in November 2024 for nearly $200,000, expecting a luxury vehicle with reliability to match its price tag. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. In December 2024, just one month after purchase, the vehicle completely died while I was driving on the highway—a terrifying and unacceptable failure for a brand-new car. The vehicle was towed to the dealership, where it has remained ever since. What has made this experience even worse is Range Rover’s appalling customer service. …”
NHTSA complaint #11640655, filed 2025-02Seats: “While getting in the back seat, the buttons for the 2nd row seats to fold forward for the third row access are easily activated unknowingly, trapping people in between the 1st and 2nd row of seats. This has happened 3 times to 3 different people in my vehicle.”
NHTSA complaint #11751726, filed 2026-07Brakes: “While traveling from Los Angeles, California to Tucson, Arizona with one passenger, the vehicle experienced a sudden and dangerous loss of multiple critical systems while driving at highway speed. Earlier during the trip the vehicle stopped in Quartzsite, Arizona. When attempting to re-enter the vehicle, the key initially did not unlock the vehicle. The driver contacted Range Rover roadside assistance and asked for guidance, but no explanation or solution was provided. After several attempts the vehicle eventually unlocked and started. …”
