Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Car pulls very hard to left on highway. Dealer has tried to correct this by 1 alignment and new tires. They said they have done everyhting they are willing to do for free. Since I have to constantly keep pushing the steering wheel to the right, it is causing the tires to cup, so I will be stuck replacing tires every 12000 miles to eliminate loud road noise.”

NHTSA complaint #10082735, filed 2004-07

“While driving at 55 MPH or above vehicle will strongly pull to the left. Dealer changes wheels/tires, and done an alignment, but same problem still occurring.”

NHTSA complaint #10038311, filed 2003-09
