“The contact owned a 2013 Lexus GS 350. While driving 40 MPH, the contact rear ended the preceding vehicle. All the air bags failed to deploy. A police report was not filed. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the cost of the repair was more than the cost of the vehicle; therefore, the vehicle was deemed destroyed. The failure mileage was unknown.”
