2013: “My AC compressor has gone out in this car, it is on backorder they say but its been two weeks in addition I have called several Lexus dealerships including the main Lexus company and they dont have any in stock and over 20+ on back order which clearly indicates there is a fault in them. I have gone 2 weeks with no AC and im in oklahoma where its 90+ degree weather”

Completely unable to see, because of leveling lights. I was able to avoid an accident by using my bright lights. I took to the dealer service and was told this is a common problem and that the Lexus rx is already being recalled, but not my vehicle. . This is a costly repair over 1000.”

As I was driving down the rd, (no other cars where on the rd at the moment) I heard a cracking sound, then next thing I know my sunroof exploded causing me to swerve into the opposite lane of traffic! I pulled over and got out of my car and sure enough my sunroof was exploded !!! With my luck its new years day and no one is open to fix it, and I live in rainy washington state.”
