2014: “Toyota has a recall on their fuel pumps and noticed my car was in the article. My fuel pump in my Lexus is250 f sport has gone bad and I need to know if it's covered. I typed in my VIN number on this website but it's giving me information on a Lexus is200t. My car was stationed and will not start up due to fuel pump”
NHTSA complaint #11348996, filed 2020-08, 106,000 miles2009: “Dashboard is melting and sticky. Causing a ridiculous glare from sunlight and headlights. Contacted Lexus dealership; they stated there is a recall for this but they couldn't help me I would need to call Lexus themselves. Called Lexus provided my VIN and other information. They told me my VIN was not part of the recall and I would be responsible for all repairs myself.”
NHTSA complaint #11229793, filed 2019-07, 60,000 miles2007: “The rear view mirror has black lines on it, which indicates the coating behind the mirror is deteriorating in some way. I looked up the issue now and realized this is a more widespread issue. Some customers online have indicated it's hard to see anything using the rear view camera, thou my rear view has not go to that point.”
