Example complaints
Engine: “Takata recall. When driving the 2008 Lexus GS 350 4dr sedan stalls when the car is in motion, it is uncontrolable. For example when I'm at a red light and my foot is on the brake pedal and I press my foot gradually on the gas pedal when the light turns green. Then car will stall for about 1 to 2 mintues, then will increase in speed. It's dangerous because, when I need to turn and the car stalls in the middle of a turn it would cause an accident to occur. Or when the car is in motion going straight on a highway or an intersection it could stall, and cause an accident to occur. …”
NHTSA complaint #11111348, filed 2018-07, 172,299 milesExterior lighting: “Condensation in the front drivers headlight made may light go out when traveling on highway. Completely unable to see, because of leveling lights. I was able to avoid an accident by using my bright lights. I took to the dealer service and was told this is a common problem and that the Lexus rx is already being recalled, but not my vehicle. . This is a costly repair over 1000.”

The airbag on my driver side deployed but not on my passenger side. My car was in motion going about 30mph on a city street and the guy that hit me was making a left turn.”
