“Heard pop from engine lost power. Was able to drive off highway at 10 miles per hour or less with engine banging. Made it to my mechanic who said that the engine rocker arm in cylinder 3 broke.Lexus was no help, as my 5 year engine warrant expired.”

The problem is holding Lexus accountable since it’s not an open recall under my VIN. I’ve contacted Lexus directly and confirmed this service was not completed. My VIN is listed on your site as being a potential for this issue. Please help, thanks.”
