Example complaints

2006: “While driving on a freeway at speed limit my vehicle started leaning to the left and pulling to the right without me turning the steering wheel or making any turns, which almost resulted in a vehicular accident. Shortly after my windshield wipers went off without me turning them on and my gas gauge which at the time read about 3/4 of a tank went down to about 1/8.”

1999: “Preparing to stop while entering access gate slowing to around 10 - 15 MPH, after applying brake car accelerated forcing me to reapply brake again and shifting to park. This is the first time that this high level acceleration has happened although before I have noticed occasionally a low level acceleration when preparing to stop.”

NHTSA complaint #10692948, filed 2015-03, 201,000 miles

2004: “Passenger seat belt is locked and cannot be used. I read on repair pal that this was a recall on 4-21-2006, however it is not coming up as a recall. I need it fixed and was hoping to have it done as a recall so I am not financially responsible. Limited income and I have a child that needs to occupy that seat. Advise please.”
