“The check engine light and several other lights came on in my vehicle. Once this happens the vehicle goes into safe mode and prohibits you from driving at normal speeds. I went off the road as I entered the freeway to avoid a semi because I could not accelarate. I discovered this same issue has been found on toyota models however Lexus has not sent out notices and will not cover. There is a redesign for this air injection pump due to the information below. …”

I purchased the car new on the friday the 7th of may. Over the weekend I found the car won't hold its place when stopped on an incline. In fact, the vehicle moves backwards unless I hold the brake down. I reported the problem to Lexus of huntsville on monday the 10th and the car was taken in on wednesday the 12th for a maintenance check. Lexus of huntsville reports this is normal for Lexus four wheel drive vehicles. …”
