“The contact owns a 2010 Lexus HS-250h. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The contact stated that while depressing the brake pedal, the brake pump was continuously pumping brake fluid. The vehicle was taken to a certified mechanic who diagnosed that the braking system had malfunctioned, and there was an abnormal leaking of the adaptive cruise control pressure. The contact learned of NHTSA Campaign Number: 13V235000 (Service Brakes) which was related to the failure. The dealer was contacted and confirmed that the VIN was not included in the recall. …”
