“While driving, the navigation monitor screen has gone black and reset 10 to 15 times. When this happened, on 2 to 4 occasions, a red electric power steering warning light comes on for a few seconds and the steering hesitates. This happened while driving on I-5 at 60+ MPH. It didn't happen after I slowed down to less than 50 MPH.”

“My 2007 ls460 Lexus with 100k miles has a failed brake actuator assembly ascertained by a Lexus and toyota dealer. This was a confronted problem by toyota for failure of the o rings within the assembly. The actuator abruptly went out while on the highway at 70mph causing brake fluid to not go to the right calipers. There is a recall for 150 k mi or 10 years, whichever occurs first. However. My Lexus was out of warranty in may, 2018 and they will not offer any help whatsoever because my warranty expired aprox. 1 year ago.”

Pulsation and noise were also noted. Dealer advised that the brake actuator part (44050-50110) was the cause of the malfunction and noise.
