“The contact owns a 2007 Lexus LS460. The contact stated that while driving 20 MPH and attempting a left turn, the steering wheel seized, causing the contact to crash into a pole. There were no warning lights illuminated prior to the failure. Upon impact, all of the air bags deployed causing injuries to the driver and a passenger's knees. The police were notified and a police report was filed. The front driver side panel was damaged and the windshield was cracked. The vehicle was not able to be driven and was towed to a repair center. …”
