“Multiple failures of air suspension struts. My first was on 9/11 at 50k mile, but 3 months out of warranty. Now, within 30 days is a second failure. Lexus did offer and I did accept on the first that I pay $500 for the part and the would provide labor. Now with the second failure at 30 days on the left rear(first failure was the right rear), I began investigating owners forums, etc. This is a very common and major defect in the Lexus air suspension models. Numerous complaints and multiple failures from 12k miles up on forums. …”
