The front of my vehicle impacted the drivers door of the other vehicle involved. The other vehicle involved had their airbags deploy protecting them from the collision. I was properly restrained with my seatbelt, however, sustained injury to my chest from impacting the steering wheel and was transported to the hospital. …”

She was driving 2015 Lexus nx 200t on the service road about 39 MPH and at the distance about 50 to 60 feet as she was approaching in the car in front, she had her foot on the break and her vehicle was not stopping and she was pushing the breaks repeatedly and the breaks didn't function and the car didn't slow down. …”
