“The contact owns a 2017 Lexus NX200T. While driving approximately 5 MPH, the contact's vehicle crashed into an oncoming vehicle. The front end sustained severe damage, but the air bags did not deploy. The cause of the failure was not determined. The driver sustained injuries to the back, neck, and shoulder, which required medical attention. A police report was filed. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 1,200.”
