“Reported sudden drop in fuel mileage at 1+yr, dealer said no problem detected, shortly after (10k? Miles) normal maintenance plug replacement engine warning came on, engine ran rough, #1plug was burned up , 7 months later engine went to safe mode at 65mph, no power, drive train disabled, no shift... Dealer claimed #2 injector failed, recommended replacing all of them. Seems to be a systemic problem if they recommended replacing all of them. Lexus woodland hills.”
