“There was no discernible event that caused the tire on the Lexus RX350 with less than 4000 miles to blow. We turned off rt 113 into a lowes shopping center after waiting about 2 minutes for a light. On making the left hand turn the tire blew. I pulled into the parking lot and called Lexus road service. They don't warrant tires on a new car so we took it to sears/kmart, an authorized michelin dealer. They offered a 50% rebate claiming-to the michelin operator- that it was a pot-hole damage and not a manufacturer's defect. …”
