“The contact owns a 2019 Lincoln Continental equipped with Nokian Tires, Tire Line: One, Tires Size: 235/50/R18, DOT Number: 03B431326. The contact stated while driving 65 MPH and at various speeds, the wheels were shuddering. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where the tires were inspected. The mechanic informed the contact that the interior of the sidewalls were delaminating, causing the tires to become out-of-round. Additionally, the contact was informed that the road force of the tires was significantly high. …”
