“I received a letter from Lincoln to carry out some recalls that were not well repaired and, like the NHTSA recall number 20v072 case, were not repaired. Does Lincoln motor really want to help solve environmental pollution by replacing damaged low-quality catalytic converters, or is all of this false just to show authorities that the company is doing something? I would not like to discover the lie of the Lincoln company, saying that it changed the two (02) catalysts and the four sensors (04) and after the service for several days, I found a 'poorly executed' repair. …”
NHTSA complaint #11361937, filed 2020-09, 120,000 miles“This Lincoln MKT has given continual problems with fuel issues, engine problems, check engine light constantly coming on and taking it back and forth to the dealer and they cant even figure out the issue as to why the check engine light keeps coming on. The vehicle has fumes coming from the pipes, it jerks and threatens to cut off and with all the repairs done and complaints sent to the Lincoln corp, there is still no resolve. This is our family car, but we never know when it is going to shut off or start smoking or when the check engine light will come on. …”
