“The contact owns a 2013 Lincoln MKT. While driving at any speed, the headlights flickered without warning. The failure recurred several times. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to take the vehicle to a local dealer. The failure was not diagnosed and the vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 271,400.”
