“The contact owns a 2014 Lincoln MKZ. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the panoramic sunroof shattered with no impact. The contact mentioned that glass flew inside the vehicle. The contact also had glass in her hair. No injuries were sustained. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 113,000.”
