“Front passenger's tire contacted a beveled concrede bridge railing at fairly low speed and at extremely oblique angle, causing entire passenger side to go out of contact with roadway. Driver attempted to straighten vehicle, and vehicle came down on all 4 tires and continued to roll until it slid, hitting a pedestrian, another vehicle, and gasoline pumps. Both the driver and pedestrian were injured.”
