“The contact owns a 2024 Mazda CX-90. The contact stated that while her husband was driving 70 MPH with the cruise control activated, her husband attempted to deactivate the cruise control before exiting the highway; however, the cruise control failed to deactivate. The brake pedal was depressed, but the brakes failed to stop the vehicle. The contact's husband exited the highway and drove into the median to avoid crashing with other vehicles. The driver turned the steering wheel, causing the vehicle to flip and then slam into the ground, fracturing both axles. …”
