Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“I am concerned about a serious safety issue with my CX-90. Both of the rear doors have consistently malfunctioned, failing to latch properly when closed. The door handles get stuck and do not fully return to their original position, preventing the doors from locking securely. As a result, the doors have swung open while the vehicle was in motion, putting passengers, especially children in the back, at significant risk. This is a critical safety concern that needs immediate attention. This issue goes back mid November 2024.”
