2007 Mazda MAZDA5 Technical Service Bulletins

• 10037952Feb 1, 2011Air bags. Mazda: saltwater entering the crash sensor connector is causing the air bag warning light to come on. 2006-2010 mazda5.
• 10037655Dec 23, 2010Exterior lighting. Mazda: there is condensation and fog in the front and rear combination lights.
• 10034527Nov 12, 2010Steering. Mazda: steering column slightly moves in or out telescopically. Some vehicles may exhibit a slight in or out movement of the steering wheel when it is pushed or pulled, even with the steering wheel release lever properly locked.
• 10032545Sep 18, 2009Body and structure, Latches, locks and linkages. Mazda: on some vehicles, the sliding door lock may be hard to operate. This may be caused by two things. First, too much grease has been applied to the lock actuator (a) and second, the lock lever of the remote controller (b) gets caught.

Some vehicles may experience an mil that comes on with dtc p2004 (variable tumble shutter valve stuck open). The cause may be the check valve in the intake manifold vacuum chamber being stuck open. Check valve has now been updated.
