2001: “My mechanic, mojarro auto repair, ordered from autozone this part....when it arrived, realized it didn't at all resemble the part that his diagnostic tool stated was the problem. Jesse, found 1 at a wrecking yard. In 3 days the check engine light came on, again. I phoned detroit, michigan....gave them the VIN & part's #, the gentleman stated, that part is no longer manufactured this car still drives...w/no hesitation, city or hwy. Can I get a 1 time pass from dmv til it's next renewal?”
NHTSA complaint #11309130, filed 2020-02, 162,123 miles1996: “I was stopped at stoplight and both airbags inadvertently deployed. I have a 1996 Mazda millennia s and no other passengers were in the car. The force of the airbag tore some skin off my left arm and the inside of my left arm is very bruised from the elbow to the wrist. The force of the passenger side airbag shattered my windshield.”
NHTSA complaint #10279226, filed 2009-08, 103,132 miles1999: “I took the car into a tire dealership to have the 17 inch, chrome wheels checked for slow tire deflation and the company told me that all the wheels were severely corroded and that they would eventually fail structurally which could cause an accident. The are the oem wheels that came with the original purchase. There has been an NHTSA # 631614 issued for the same problem that I am noticing with my wheels.”
