“Before our factory warranty was up the dealership fixed our catalytic converter 3 times. After our extended warranty was up we in the last 6 months had to fix both upper camber arms, driver side axel, tire rod ends on both sides, driver side wheel bearings, and now just yesterday we broke down. The belt pulley tensioner went. The Mazda parts co. Had told me that they had this part in stock about 10 minutes ago but sold it. This is a $300.00 part and the maintnence is about $500.00 to have them fix it. I don't understand why there hasn't been any recalls on this vehicle. …”
NHTSA complaint #10182971, filed 2007-02, 91,000 miles“We own a 2000 Mazda Millenia that stalls at about 50 MPH and has had this problem since we bought the car. We have taken the car in for servicing numerous times, but have not been able to get this fixed. The car has several other problems such as: keyless entry does not work, heated seats do not work, air conditioner does not work; however, none of these pose a safety problem like the stalling. The engine light remains on even after numerous attempts by the dealership service department to repair this problem.”

Next, the horn and the alarm system stopped functioning as well. Vehicle's warranty now expired, and Mazda won't acknowledge problem.”
