“I would like to report the vance who is the auto manager at sears auto in salem, oregon at 955 lancaster drive ne salem, oregon 97301. I bought 4 new tires in june 2018 and purchased a road hazard plus warranty. In between this incident I am reporting to you; I reported vance for being very unprofessional to me in the store, making demeaning comments to me, and denying me the opportunity to buy all season tires that were available online. I filed a complaint in july after going in for an oil change and vance doing something to my headlights when he was not asked to. …”

I was driving on the interstate at 65 MPH when the rim on the front driver's side failed. The rim completely came apart, and the twisted metal cut my tire. Due to the fact that the rim completely disintegrated the van lifted off the ground. I lost control of the vehicle, and skidded across two lanes of the interstate. Luckily, the incident did not occur during a busy time. There were no other cars involved in the incident, and the damage was limited to the rim, tire, and hubcap. …”
