“On September 7, 2021, I had purchased four new Pirelli Scorpion Verde AS 235/55 R19 SL tires for my 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300, from Discount Tires with warranties on each tire. On September 2, 2022, I taken my vehicle for a routine maintenance at my local Mercedes- Benz dealership and for my annual inspection. I was informed by the dealership that my two back tires were almost bald. In disbelief I inform the tech that I will be taking my vehicle back to Discount Tire since I had just purchased tires less than a year age. …”
