“The contact owns a 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE350. The contact stated while his wife was driving 70 MPH, the engine overheated. The contact stated that an unknown warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was towed to an unknown dealer who diagnosed the vehicle with a cooling system failure. Additionally, there was an unstated failure with the rear wheels. The cooling fan was replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 21,000.”

After waiting a few minutes, the vehicle was restarted; however, the contact noticed an abnormal sound coming from the engine while driving. The check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that a cylinder head had cracked. …”
