The car went in reverse very fast hitting our side concrete side wall. (the distance is about (28ft) the impact was so hard that the passenger window was completely broken and the passenger side of the back frame of the mercedes was smashed. It happened so fast that I lost control of the vehicle I could not stop the car the brakes did not work. …”

“Vehicle purchased new 16k miles on it now all work done at dealer, shuts off randomly with no warning at stop idle or highway driving. Extremely dangerous I have taken it to the dealer 4 times for the same issue. The dealer has updated software they said should resolve problem. This intermittent problem has occurred again and no codes found by the dealer. Mercedes benz USA attempting to find resolution but won't send out an engineer since dealer can't replicate the problem. Very dangerous situation for me and my family and others on the road........”
