“2004 Mini Cooper purchased new aprox 62 miles on it and the CVT transmission is gone & there was a class action lawsuit for the replacement of this, I was never notified and want this fixed at no cost to me. At aprox. 50 to 60 MPH the car engines goes way beyond the proper RPM.”

My wife was driving it to work when she was all most overcome by gas fumes. When she got to work she noticed that she had lost a half a tank of gas. I had the car towed to vista motors in pompano bch. Fl. On sample road and the Mini service manager told me that he had never seen this problem before. When I asked him if the part was going to be investigated by Mini why the part started leaking and could of easily caused a fire and became a safety hazard I was told no.”
