“I have a Mitsubishi Galant 2003. My child is 6yrs. Old and were riding when this happened. Somehow he was in tied in a hang loop hole. I had to stop the car, I thought I would have to cut the seatbelt to remove him, but I didn't have any scissors. When I tried to untangle him, the seatbelt squeezed his neck and he stated that he could not breathe. The loop was smaller than his head, I had to lift his body to remove him safely. This was so scary. I'm glad I saw him or else I would have lost my son that day instantly. …”
