“My son's car had been in the shop twice for the same thing. He said he was driving down the highway and the car would rapidly accelerate to a high rate of speed. He tried braking, but the car would not slow down. After several tries, he was able to stop the car. This happened to him 2 different times. He took the car to the shop both times. In march, 2006 my son was killed in this car. (it had been in the shop just 5 days earlier) he was on a 45 MPH road in houston. The car was going at a high rate of speed when it left the roadway. …”
