“The contact owns a 1992 Mitsubishi Mighty Max equipped with neptune un101 (na) tires, size: 195/75/r14 (na). While driving various speeds, the contact lost control of the vehicle. The contact pulled the vehicle over and noticed that the tire belt had shifted on the tires. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
